Details

The International Festival Chorus of Singapore (IFC) is a community choir open to everyone residing in Singapore. Since its formation in 1974, IFC has worked under the direction of numerous conductors, and amassed a wide range of repertoire from all classical to contemporary genres. IFC's philosophy of inclusion has helped expand its membership to include Singaporeans and expatriate men and women from different corners of the globe regardless of their age and musical backgrounds. The objectives of IFC are to promote music and choral singing, to support lifelong learning and music education, and to create international goodwill and understanding.

IFC recently celebrated its 40-year anniversary in 2014 performing Bach's Magnificat at the School of the Arts.
